Rider Protests WMATA After Being Denied Access to Station Restroom

Update on 12/15/2017:

I’ve spoken with #WMATA and their accessibility office is now aware of his complaint and is going to investigate.

Luckily, the accessibility office is one that responds and can get things done at Metro. I’ll continue to update if I get more information.

Original Story:

I met Mr Keith Silver outside WMATA’s Headquarters today. After seeing the sign he was holding I had to hear his story.

Here he is with his sign as well as a press release he was handing out. Mr Silver says he plans on being outside WMATA HQ daily until this is resolved.
